Hey y'all, I'm Kristy! I started Bubbly and Pop because I genuinely believe balloons make people happier — there's just something about walking into a room and going 'wow.' I'm based in Richardson and I've been decorating celebrations all over DFW, from birthday parties in Plano to corporate events downtown. Every single install is personal to me. I'll be the one texting you back, designing your colors, and showing up to set up. No subcontractors, no handoffs — just me, making your event look incredible.
